1/31  Daddy's back

Daddy was in Jacksonville, FL this week on a business trip to check out the ING site down there.  It was a pretty tough week with the weather barely in the 70's, the dinner by the beach, etc. but somehow I hung in there.

While I was down there, Timmy went from barely being able to roll over to now he is a pro at going from his back to the tummy, although he still struggles going from tummy to back.   Here are some pictures from this past week:

1/21  Couple fun days

This evening, Timothy and Daddy watched the UCONN vs Villanova game before Tim went to bed:



Yesterday, Mommy and Tim watched the Inauguration Celebrations including this great picture of Tim while Obama took the Oath:



A couple days ago, we caught Tim in the middle of a bath which he absolutely loves.  He would spend all day in there if he could.  (We had mom's arm strategically placed to keep his privates private)...

1/17/09

He may not rock quite yet, but Timothy is just about to roll.  As we shoot past the 5 month mark a week or so ago, Timothy can just about roll over by himself.  If there is something close by that he can grab for leverage then he can make it no problem.  Otherwise, he can pretty much do it by himself but not very easily or consistently.

Here's a picture from a couple weeks ago when he "found his toes".  He loves them.

My son became a man tonight.  No wait, hear me out.  I was sitting with him on the couch and leaned over to pick up one of his favorite toys to hand to him.  However, he reached over to the other side and grabbed the TV remote control instead!

Almost brings a tear to my eye thinking about him hitting his first real life milestone.

Timothy and Matthew  1/4/09

Dennis and Kim brought Tim's friend Matthew over for a visit yesterday afternoon.  Here are some pictures:

Magazines:
Daddy likes to read magazines.  Newsweek, Money, Sports Illustrated, etc.

Apparently, Timothy also likes to do this so Daddy and Timothy had a nice little moment...


Then Timothy decided he needed his own:


And apparently "eating" is more exciting than "reading"...


Which of course led to pure destruction!...

Happy New Year everyone!!  Timothy broke in the new year with a new tooth.  Number 2!  As you can imagine, it's pretty difficult to get a picture, but I gave it a shot.  Here you can see the first one on the left and the second one is just a little bit of white poking through right next to it.  It's not much, but it's a start!
